WORKIS' return system is simple, fast and environmentally friendly.

You can choose between two options: 1. RETURN DIRECTLY FROM YOUR DOORSTICK OR MAILBOX

You can return your items in the same 100% recyclable shipping bag by leaving your package on your doorstep or in your mailbox.
Follow the instructions and order Helt Hjem here . Leave your package outside the door / in your mailbox at the agreed time and your return will be sent to us.

2. RETURN FROM YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE / POST-IN-STORE

You can also deliver your goods in the same 100% recyclable delivery bag at your nearest PostNord delivery point. Find your nearest PostNord drop-off point in the link here .

REMEMBER:

- You have a full right of return for a full 30 days from when you receive the goods.
- If you wish to exchange or return, we want the item to be returned in its original form and in its original packaging with the labels on.
-Only unused goods can be returned.
-Name tags are made uniquely to order and therefore cannot be returned.
-When exchanging, you return your goods and then place a new order yourself at workis.no
- Attach the return form you received with your package where you cross out what the return applies to.

We will refund you or credit your invoice as soon as we have registered your return, usually this will take 1-2 weeks.
